Maxine Helfman...

I was originally drawn to Maxine Helfman's work when I tripped across the super cool arty kids magazine called small. It had a rather macabre children's fashion photo layout and I thought she has some, for lack of a better phrase, REAL BALLS to not have children laughing... and smiling... and being told how their face should look. A little thank you…

This is a little thank you note/painting on masonite that I painted for Clive Barker. He is SUPER nice and has an amazing brain. He has been painting GIANT paintings for years and to see them up close is a whole new experience.

New Art for the Florida Tiki Show...

This is what I have been so busy with. "After the Luau, his and hers" They are 2 separate pieces and each measure 2 feet x 1 foot so the art totals 2' x 2'. They are going to be the the Harold Golen Gallery in Miami Florida starting June 12th.

Wil Wheaton and his amazing clown sweater.

Yes, this is Wil aka Wesley Crusher on "Star Trek: The Next Generation". I am impressed by his finding and the actual wearing of this gem in public as well as his many talents. (There is also a whole page of others wearing the same sweater if you can handle it.)
